Thirteen Palestinians martyred, dozens injured in Gaza bombing

Thirteen Palestinian citizens were martyred and dozens injured early Saturday morning when the Israeli occupation bombed two homes in the Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, and the Sabra neighbourhood, south of the city.

WAFA News Agency reported that local Palestinian sources reported that Israeli warplanes bombed a house in Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, killing three citizens and wounding others, and another in Al-Thirty Street in Al-Sabra neighbourhood, and that rescue and civil defence crews were able to recover the bodies of 10 martyrs and a number of injured, while a number of others are still missing under the rubble.

Israeli artillery shelled the eastern areas of Gaza City, coinciding with the Israeli forces' demolition of a large number of homes in the same area.
